David’s career in employment spanned 25 years working in a Global Manufacturing Industry, both in the UK and extensively in Europe. Throughout his career he was recognised for his people development skills and entrusted to develop people as high achievers. He is a leader whose coaching style is principally centred on performance and who generates and values innovation and diversity. David achieves hard business results through the development of people both individually and teams in a responsible and empathic manner to achieve mutual best results.

Whilst employed he took the opportunity to further his education to Post Graduate level in Strategic Operational Management and strongly believes in continuous self-development and seeking new experiences.

In 2007 David set up his own business drawing on his skills and experiences to offer services which develop business to the next level. Ranging from the shop floor and facilitating training/development of people and process to Executive Coaching and Leadership Development/Creation. All focused on Performance Improvement and making a difference now and in the future – no short-term fixes here. Focusing upon the skill and natural passion he has further invested in developing his people skills and formally studied with the Coaching Academy. He professionally qualified in 2009 with Distinctions as a Personal, Executive and Corporate Coach. He is also a trained administrator of MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Indicator) and, as part of this, gives feedback and follow-up on a one-to-one basis.
